“I never got my carry but my money was still taken, i then on the second week i received an email saying it was completed but it wasnt.”

“I've been a devoted Mac guy for decades, yet never have I conversed with Steve Jobs or Tim Cook. I have spent thousands of dollars on Amazon and never once have I felt that Jeff Bezos cared whether or not I was satisfied with products or services. However, at MC, Rae, Choke, Jake and Rurik have all spent time chatting with me... answering questions... offering tips... they have shown an extremely classy "personal touch" in their concern and care... not just concern for whether I have been satisfied with their services, but for how I personally have been recovering from surgery on my arm and shoulder. MC was referred to me by a friend so that I could still participate in the D2 world even though I couldn't use my hand for a while. I didn't realize what a class act the MC Team really is. I do now and I highly recommend them. Efficient, trustworthy, friendly, professional, caring... truly a class act.”

“I have used MasterCarries 9 times and have never had a problem. They've helped me with raids, getting Recluse, and getting Mountaintop. However, I pre-ordered a day 1 Trials clear on Mar. 2 and still have not received my order (it is now Mar 23). I was caught in an email back/forth with the PvP team but kept getting promised "It will be done tonight". I would still definitely recommend these guys but be weary because they are apparently very busy. Quote from them: "we ourselves are trying to push out 180+ accounts a weekend, I am staying up for 36 hours at a time every weekend chasing customers"”

“I was paired up with I are danish to learn kings fall and do a couple of other pinnacle activities with her and her team, the team were great to be with, the team were a great laugh and amazing to play with, as always I had a great experience through the raid and the other activities. I will always highly recommend Jake and Rae for all my PVE activities here at master carries. Reliable and great people to be around and great Sherpas they set you up with.”

“Over 20 years Active duty Sailor here. I spend a great deal away from home and the people I usually team up with are also active duty. With that being said I don't always have the time to link up with people for the "END GAME" content that Destiny offers. The service that Master Carries offers and the team that works with you are TOP NOTCH! Big shout out to Choke and Rurik! The team has gone above and beyond each time we've worked together completing bounties and other things that weren't even requested or paid for. BIG THANKS, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“I’ve four kids and a very senior job with a lot of pressure. I also love gaming. You can see the problem. MC was recommended to me by a friend over Christmas and I’m now a regular customer. And I will be for a very long time to come. Simply put, this is customer service done perfectly. Great website, a reward scheme - which I’ve used - and lots on offer. The team place a high premium on good communications with customers: it’s the small touches that matter. Even though the team must receive around 30 new orders a day, everyone is made to feel like their wishes matter. Every order is executed flawlessly and in a very respectable timeframe. Everything about this operation just says ‘world class’ and you will not regret parting with a few dollars to get your stuff done. You even get a report sent by email with your loot; you can specify whether you want the team to open bounties etc - and you can also specify certain requests in the comments box. Payment is via card or - brilliantly - via Amazon Pay which means my wife doesn’t find out..,. Superb as always and as I say, I’ll be a firm fan of MC as long as I’m a gamer. Just great.”

When ordering a rather large service like a farm or grind such as this instance, we always recommend clearing your postmaster prior to ordering or informing us if you're concerned about losing items when it's close to full as it's our policy to not dismantle or move any items without the client's permission as noted in our recovery guidelines. We hope you'll reconsider your position with us.

“Sucked that trials had gotten canceled last weekend but the guys told me that they would get to my order once trials was back up and running and they did just that and if there's anyone out there looking for people like these guys I will always highly recommend them”

Engaging and friendly with great customer service and they are very happy to work around your time zone. “i do like my new Controller setting , the only 2 reasons i did not give a 5 star is 1. i havent seen the play yet on the recording 2. my armor mod settings was not returned the way they were, but other then that I am thankfull and will use this service again”

The Master Carries team has been the most professional, kind, and skilled group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They never disappoint, and are consistently surpassing my expectations. With my Destiny 2 purchases from Master Carries, they’ve kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. From notifications to when the service would be started, to a detailed summary of all things completed and acquired after the services completion. Both the Master Carries PvE and PvP teams are phenomenal. So whether it’s anything from Raid assistance to Trials help, I can’t recommend them enough.”
