I've been a devoted Mac guy for decades, yet never have I conversed with Steve Jobs or Tim Cook. I have spent thousands of dollars on Amazon and never once have I felt that Jeff Bezos cared whether or not I was satisfied with products or services. However, at MC, Rae, Choke, Jake and Rurik have all spent time chatting with me... answering questions... offering tips... they have shown an extremely classy "personal touch" in their concern and care... not just concern for whether I have been satisfied with their services, but for how I personally have been recovering from surgery on my arm and shoulder. MC was referred to me by a friend so that I could still participate in the D2 world even though I couldn't use my hand for a while. I didn't realize what a class act the MC Team really is. I do now and I highly recommend them. Efficient, trustworthy, friendly, professional, caring... truly a class act.
