I have used MasterCarries 9 times and have never had a problem. They've helped me with raids, getting Recluse, and getting Mountaintop. However, I pre-ordered a day 1 Trials clear on Mar. 2 and still have not received my order (it is now Mar 23). I was caught in an email back/forth with the PvP team but kept getting promised "It will be done tonight". I would still definitely recommend these guys but be weary because they are apparently very busy. Quote from them: "we ourselves are trying to push out 180+ accounts a weekend, I am staying up for 36 hours at a time every weekend chasing customers"
