Kept my money
Kept my money! Would not buy online and will not buy again. I am due a refund of nearly £100 for items I returned via Matalan's online portal, yes I had to pay extra to return as they don't offer free returns.
After 2 months of battling this I have received £16.00, the customer service is disappointingly rude and obnoxious. The constant blame being out on the customer - I followed their process!

I'm just at the till point in Rotherham doing a return. The member of staff Alicia has not spoken to me once whilst she's chewing her gum.she never called me over to the till, I had to guess which one she was to use! Not the service I would expect

I am a disabled customer trying to get a suit for a funeral tomorrow but I can only contact a main number not individual store so I have to try to get to store to ask a question.

Order completed online few days ago.
Delivery date was yesterday.
No update.I called Matatan today regarding my order,only to be told there was an error with my order & that i will have to wait 24-48 hours before i recieve any feedback.Terrible online service.No update

I queued to pay for my goods in the line that you pay a member of staff, I waited a fair while for this only to be told if I was paying by card I could only pay at a self service till.

NO STARS !!!
Awful service thought shop if any kind of service at all
Very rude grumpy staff
Self service machines need the bag option taken off paid for a bag only to have to ask for one then be told it’s not an option any longer after paying for one
Had to waste time queuing up for a refund on the one manned till to be greeted by most miserable person on the planet

Very poor service at tills. No smile or courtesy from staff, no thank you. Not the first time either I've had 'no service ' in fact it's every time. Why am I even going back? Never again.
