OMG! I had to reach out and put a review. My life was in such a bad place but thank God I reach out to a place called MCA. Everybody was absolutely pleasant and wonderful. From the first conversation with Mike and couple others that I talk too. I had a pleasure of working with Mini Robin's who was my rep negotiator in taking care of my horrific creditor, who was harassing my family day and night. Mini was professional ,caring and accommodating to my needs ,she literally went over everything step by step and even kept me updated on my file. She literally did exactly what she said she will do. She save my business and probably my life. I was getting ready to file bankruptcy. She literally went above and beyond and save me thousands monthly. I am forever grateful for MCA. I will recommend if someone's going through financial hardship. Reach out to MCA.rI will definitely refer you all to my family and friends thank you again.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Worst of the worst, I told Alban I did not want to be in default with my creditor and he told me I was not, then he put the biggest charlatan I've ever spoken to Kenny Stevens "supposedly the manager" and told me the contract we signed states we are not defaulting but guess what? They asked me to call my bank to revoke ACH drafts to LCF which caused a $5,000 increase in my debt, not only that but they also blocked my processor. What you do to people to make some bucks is a shame.

This company capitalizes on people's lack of knowledge that they can negotiate settlements with MCAs on their own. I decided to drop out of the program and asked for a refund, but they refused. Total scam artists!

I own a small business and was contacted by MCA in hopes of helping my company during our hardship in regards to financial relief for a loan repayment. In the beginning they were constantly in contact with me and seemed like a huge benefit. I consulted my financial advisor and after reviewing what they were offering we decided to go into an agreement. We went through all the necessary steps and procedures and starting paying off the debt. They also informed us that they would contact our original loan company and settle with them for a lessor amount and that we no longer would have to deal with them because MCA was advising them that they were taking over our account. We were told that the first week the old lender would attempt to contact us but to inform them to contact MCA directly moving forward. Unfortunately the calls, emails, letters, etc never ceased as we were told and about six or seven months into the agreement we received an email requesting us to set up our account to get started. This was puzzling since we had already been paying them for over half a year. My financial advisor assumed it had to be a mistake and so we reached out to them to get the situation rectified. Upon talking to them further we were informed that we needed to start the entire process over and that they had never contacted our original lender which explains why the contact continued. We had also reached out a few months in to let them know that they were still contacting us but we were never told that our account needed to be restarted. It wasn't until I received a phone call requesting me to make an extra payment outside of our repayment schedule that I knew this was more than just a mistake or a misunderstanding. I contacted our representative that I had been in contact with this whole process only to be told that he was never my representative and only a customer service agent. The whole ordeal took a turn for the worse and it ended in me having to do a stop payment with my bank as well as threatening legal action to find out where all the money I had paid went to. After about two months they contacted me about a reimbursement but no one is able to tell me what the amount of the reimbursement will be or the date it will be deposited back into my account. I was told only the accounting department could give me those details but that they do not have a contact number. I have emailed the supervisor of the accounting department Micheal Shelby but have yet to receive any correspondence back. I would not recommend utilizing them for any business dealing financial or other wise. This was a complete waste of my companies time and has set us even further back then we started.

I was overwhelmed with daily payments to my lender and fell behind which increased my balance. The creditor was calling almost every day and was threatening my business, even my family! I reached out to MCA and they were a huge help and delivered on their promise. Steve and Marcus were informative each step of the way and they saved me thousands monthly and took care of the creditors for me which gave me peace of mind.

Nick Messina and his team were a breath of fresh air. I was told so many lies from these MCA brokers. If I take their deal now, in 30 days they'd be able to get me more money and even a line of credit. Before I knew it I had 3 daily payments that were totaling over $10,000 a week in payments. Cash flow was suffering and I was finding it difficult to make payroll let alone purchase inventory. I was going to borrow more money just to cover the payments for the month. Then I found out the broker I used inflated the price of the funding by adding his fees into my payments. These MCA companys and brokers work together and are theifs. The broker never disclosed his fees and I found out they dont need to. MCA Debt Advisors put and end to my struggles. I went from paying over $40,000 a month in MCA payments to less than $10,000 and I only have to make 2 payments a month. Thanks to them I am able to breath and salvage my liquor store. Nick and the people at MCA Debt Advisors saved my business and I will never forget them for that. Thank you!! Divya Patel - Liquor Store Owner Michagan

I’m very happy with the service I received from MCA Debt Advisors. James was awesome in letting me know how the program worked. I had outrageous daily payments that I couldn’t keep up on so I needed immediate relief. I was hesitant at first to switch but I’m glad I did. Having them get my payments from daily to monthly is a game changer for my business so I have funds to put back in my bar. I would definitely recommend going through them.

The broker lied to me. The funders charged me an over the top interest rate or factor whatever it’s called. MCA debt advisors were the only people to actual shoot me straight and do what they said. Glad I found these guys.

Nick and his team are AWESOME. I was hesitant to work with them bc of the reviews but a friend of mine was happy with them so I went for it. A broker screwed me and convinced me to take out way too many cash advances to expand my business and MDA set me up with a payment to get me out of the hole. Super grateful for them, I will recommend them to everyone!

Called MCA debt because I was drowning in daily payments to my lenders and I was scared my assets were going to be frozen. Steve Wilson helped me out, not only lowered the amount I owe in total, but he put me on a biweekly payment plan which made the payments really manageable. I would recommend Steve to anyone struggling like i was.

They were able to help me when no one else would. I was drowning in over $10,000 a week in MCA payments. These guys came in and got me out of those expensive daily payments and put me on a new payment schedule that was 1 payment ever 2 weeks,. They also reduced my monthly fees from over $40,000 to less than $10,000 a month freeing up a lot of cash flow for me. The bonus, the reduced my total payback with my lenders putting more money in my pocket. I read the reviews on them and was hesitant to proceed but I sure glad I went through with it. Because of them, I'm opening up a 2nd restaurant. Thank you Nick Messina and the entire team at MCA Debt Advisors, you guys rock!!! Anonio D. Restaunt Owner in Florida

Absolutely a SCAM. Enrolled with a Email GUARANTEE of settle amount with all fees included. 6 payments from being completed and paid in full they advise they have to extend my bi weekly payments by over $400ea and stretch them out a additional 2 months. Absolutely false advertising and a fraudulent company. They tell you one thing via email and when you agree, they send you a contract to sign that states opposite of what was just told to you via email. False pretenses and EXTREMELY rude. I have had to involve legal counsel at this point.
