“My experience was less than desirable with MCA Debt Advisors. I read they have a lot of bad reviews and they aren’t wrong. My negotiator Kathryn could not lower the amount owed but did get terms. We had a signed contract but after 1 year of making payments they keep adding more payments that I owe. I would recommend that you look elsewhere for MCA Debt settlement. I have been trying to contact them for 2 months now and they keep saying someone from management will call me back. I haven’t heard a word. There fees are around $30,000 which seems crazy. I would have been better off with a different company.”

Another hidden charge is pending for an outside attorney you never used in my case, and my case only has one account to take care! if we see the charges, you already retain $300 for fees! If we look at the
$380 (5% cancellation fee) your company made from $7,600.00 and this number is incorrect balance on the account supposed you help me to take care. In conclusion, until today (5/17/2024) I never had an answer as to what happened with the balance of my money, even supposed this problem end of the month GM in 24 or 48 hours.
MCA Debt Advisors for me today steals the money from you, makes fun of you with delay times and fees over fees, and nothing his papers say to help you comes true.”
“Any positive google review has been paid for or is an employee or friend of a current employee. This company will MAKE YOU DEFAULT in order to help you. Then charge a 10k success fee. You’ll end up paying basically the same as if you never dealt with them. Here’s my advice people. Avoid these scam artists. Especially Mike Shelby. Just contact your lenders yourself work something out. And if you can’t work it out then default on your own. And reach settlement yourself. These people aren’t trained negotiators I dealt with a girl named Kendra who sounded like she didn’t know what she was doing. Not a shocker. Look at all the negative google reviews and how suddenly they have positive ones. I smell a scam”

Kathryn Smith was my negotiater person, can’t ever answer phone or emails. Lost my business and they put a lien on my business because of her. She said she wil do her best and that was 20 K over my loan plus fees that was not explained! Stay away from this company it’s a scam. Small business have enough to deal with and with all this bad reviews MCA still working and operating. No one is listening unfortunately.”
“Horrible, they offered me they services in 12/2023 when I had two high interest daily business loans and advised that they would reduse my payments and save me money, instead they sat me up with monthly payments to they company in Pennsylvania, the person in charge of my file name Kendra Parker was advised that she could be reachable by email only, telling that they reached negotiations, in February both Lendzy and last Chance Finances placed a liens on my Stripe account with DoorDash and Bloomnation - the platforms that I sell my floral arrangements so from 02/08 I'm not getting paid for my online retail sale! MCA Dead Advisers keep sending me to my bank to notarize the release, I notaries two letters both for Lendzy and LCF and nothing has been done, the liens still on my Stripe and I'm not getting paid. I would highly unrecommend using MCA dead Advisors for any of "advising" services because of the delays and procrastination and unprofessional attitude of the staff that keep telling that I'm not listening that they trying to assist me, time shows that it is no help and they put themselves on a monthly payroll, I can't afford them if they not removing those liens off my Stripe account!”
