“Perfect fit for our fire, easy to order, price great, delivery well you can’t blame the delivery company for the weather two days of being snowed in made it impossible to deliver. Luckily the old one held together until it arrived, it’s our only source of heat so I will be ordering a spare just in case. Kept up to date by the company and once dispatched the courier kept me up to date re delivery.”
