“I note below that the reviews are not recent. I have used Medibroker since 2004 for UK policies for my family. Gerry and Sophie always provided an excellent service. An admin person (her description, not mine) called Kylie is now running the whole UK operation from her landline. Her idea of negotiating for her clients is to send an email requesting a reduction in premium and when it is refused to send that email back to the client to say 'what do you want to do?' When I rang her to question this approach she advised me to ring the company myself . The middle man telling me to cut the middle man out. Laughable! Execrable service”

“I sent a different broker at Medibroker an email asking for help since Steve didn't try to help me at all. Guess what? 2 weeks and still no response. Not impressed.”
