“I been a customer (no health ins) for over two years customer service is great until they sent you the wrong items and you called to request for the correct item to be send, supervisors treat you like "You Placed the order" "That's your mistake". Been paying for product to be send over night and when you asked for items to be send the same they refuse because they they don't feel like it.”
“I would give NO stars if possible. This company is undependable and has horrid customer service policies. They send one shipment to wrong address - no apologies, no refund. They missed shipping details (and since I am in Ecuador, those deadlines are crucial), they send products I didn't order through DHL and cost me hundreds of dollars in shipping. THe loast order, they got completely worng, refused to return them for refund until I got manufacturer involved. No one every apologized except for my Perceived PRblems. No one acnowleges errors. The owner is a jerk. I just spent $400 returning products I did not order via various International Shipping services. and although Hollister strong armed them into refunding me for the incorrect products, I'm still out the shipping.Prices are good, service, web site and attitufe suck.”
“Worst site ever! ordered something that was helping to heal my son's wound that I had limited amount of from the Dr.'s office until wound care appt. and never came! Paid, for it and will need to demand a refund for now since it is in the same standing with fedex as usps and will probably, stay that way for about the next three weeks again or in the least won't need it anymore!”
