My only gripe is that the strap is short. I have an ever age wrist size but the strap is almost on the last couple of holes. Overall - very pleased.”

The leather strap is supple and very comfortable. The only thing the strap may be improved is the length, as it is very long for a standard wrist's size.”

“This is a fine watch. I got all I hoped for in this black faced dress watch as far as quality. I have two minor complaints and these are a result of my choice not the watchmaker's fault. 1. The sub dials are a bit hard to read for my old eyes. 2. In certain light the silver hour/minute hands blend into the black face background. I now wish I had chosen the white face model for the contrast even though that would not help the sub dial problem.”

The blue is nothing like the advertisment photos show at all, it is more like a very deep French navey blue and the strap is far too short. The service was very quick and relaibale. Melbourne Watch Company need to ask for feed back on receipt. i would certainly recomend the watch and am considering purchasing another.”

“I recently bought the rose gold Carlton. It’s a very pretty, retro piece, approximating the style of the Tag Monaco with its TV aesthetic. I think for the money these are very good value if you are looking for something unique and stylish. This watch will never be the premier dress watch, but it will make a good addition to a modest collect. The etching on the back is a bit tacky and the leather band will blow out with too much wearing. Apart from that, it’s a very nice piece for the price.”
“Nice dress watch proposition, the build quality was a tad underwhelming. A little light on the wrist and the finishing was par. I compare this to my Seiko's or other microbrand purchases and it is not as good as some of my other watches in the same price range. I like the idea of owning a Australian branded watch, that is rare these days. Unsure how much I will wear it, but glad I purchased it. 4/5 stars.”
