“I love my Melitta CAFFEO BARISTA coffee machine and would highly-recommend as it makes coffee better than any I’ve ever had or bought. Any cleaning supplies are quick and easy to order by account or direct payment, and arrive super-fast. Prices are very competitive! The telephone and online support are outstanding - I can’t recommend using and buying direct from Melitta more highly.”

“My old bean to cup machine broke so, as I only drink black coffee, decided to go back to good old filter coffee. After a lot of research, I opted for the Melitta LOOK Timer model. They delivered it so quickly and it took no time to set up. I am absolutely delighted and love my new machine. It makes delicious coffee and I use the timer often.”

“I went on to the Melitta web site because I couldn’t get the Melitta filter papers I needed from supermarkets and found that it was so easy to order them direct. The order and delivery service was so efficient and they actually arrived a day earlier than they forecast! Excellent!”

“Really happy with the service I received from Melitta. The 20% NHS discount was very much appreciated! I used it to purchase their T Smart coffee machine, I highly recommend this product! Made some great coffees from it already! Their customer service were really friendly and helpful when my delivery was slightly delayed due to the courier. Definitely recommend! Would order from Melitta again.”
