“I ordered 3 beautiful mirrors for my hallway, they arrived in quick time and were lovely. Although the mirrors were not suitable for my space, the customer service from this company has been 2nd to none. I was able to chat to someone straight away on their chat service. Out of hours emails were answered and I was kept up to date on them dealing with my request to return. I was amazed to hear I could return free of charge as they would send a currier. This was amazing service. I just waited in for a few hours and they were returned and money refunded once they received them back at their warehouse. Couldn't recommend therm enough. I will be returning. Many other bigger companies could learn a lesson from this family business putting customers 1st and going the extra mile to please. Great way to treat a customer and ensure they return.”

“Excellent company I found Melody Maison an excellent company to deal with. There was a very small problem with the item. They immediately offered part refund, full refund or exchange. I opted for exchange. A new one was sent out immediately and the old one collected. A very smooth process.”

“I was looking for a sister item to a circular shelf I already had but because of the limited wall space I had I didn't think I would find one. Melody Maison had the perfect item and I snapped it up as soon as I saw it. Navigation of the site was simple and easy and delivery was on the day stated. I will definitely our base from this company again as it's rare that I ever give an online retailer 5 stars so they must be doing something right!”

“I brought a dressing table from the Tiffany range and I absolutely love it. It's made from great quality and looks beautiful in my bedroom. It was really easy to assemble too and the customer service was excellent. It makes my room look very luxurious!”

“I ordered the tiffany bedroom range, the furniture was delivered quickly. The furniture is good quality and exactly like the picture on website. We did have a small piece for the wardrobe missing, but staff were very helpful and friendly and piece got delivered the next day. Will definitely recommend Melody Maison”

“Wanted a large leaner mirror and found the perfect one online at melody maison...placed order very easily online..customer service brilliant as kept me up to date on delivery which was so much quicker than I expected due to mirror size and delivery was within the time slot and delivery team were very friendly and professional....what more could you ask for?”

“Ordered 2 products, both came with some damage, but wasn’t worth me sending back due to postage costs ( plus it was Xmas ) and I was only offered £5 refund. Both products are very cheaply made, came to £20 so I would have been £10 out of pocket to send back (postage costs), so I now have 2 home accessories that have to be positioned a certain way so you don’t see the damage. I will always give a small business a chance but I was offended with that they only offered to cover the cost of the postage I’d paid them - I will not buy from them again.”
