The mirror does not WORTH the money . I wouldn't pay even £50 for such a poor quality. The mirror doesn't have any back protection, it's just a sheed of mirror and the frame glued together. Horrible. If i knew i wouldn't buy it . But in the pictures doesn't show how poor is made

I have to wait over 2 months for items to be delivered. The date has been move twice. When driver try to deliver the item and I rang him back he never answered and now need to wait for redelivery another 2 weeks. This is not satisfactory needing to wait for items over 2 months each time. Will not be ordering again

My experience with Melody Maison was horrendous - if you’re not in the UK my advice would be not to buy from this shop as their service is v poor - I’ve being waiting six weeks for something I ordered early in December and following ongoing communication from my side I had to pay an additional 90€ even though I paid over 130 for delivery when I made the purchase ? Really bad customer experience - will not be recommending

Ordered 2 products, both came with some damage, but wasn’t worth me sending back due to postage costs ( plus it was Xmas ) and I was only offered £5 refund. Both products are very cheaply made, came to £20 so I would have been £10 out of pocket to send back (postage costs), so I now have 2 home accessories that have to be positioned a certain way so you don’t see the damage. I will always give a small business a chance but I was offended with that they only offered to cover the cost of the postage I’d paid them - I will not buy from them again.
