“Information is good but the website links and steps are confusing and for the uninformed will stop at this point and give the company a really crappy review. Need to work on the link to this website so it immediately goes to this screen to post the review. Also I think it is really cheap and low to gather email and phone number so you can sell that info to other companies. In this service there is no reason to collect phone number. The info is good but I still have not seen my title information which is the reason I am using this site in the first place. If I don't get my title information I will come back and change this review to something more accurate to the service provided.”
“As an independent insurance adjuster, this was my first report to obtain a preliminary understanding and format of the report content. Obviously, there are more extensive entities but then the costs are increased. I will continue to investigate the process but for the one-dollar fee, I'm O.K.”
“Frankly, I didn't check to see if they did only charge $1.00, but for the purpose of this review, I will assume they did. I basically want to know how many times the car has been owned, that there are no salvage, accident, or similar "red flag" issues, and that mileage reported makes sense. This report does that. It does not give you a service history of the car as with, for example, a Carfax report.”
“There are 9 reports involved in this service, each of which provide valuable information, but as a point of clarity...............each of the reports is a dollar. I for one would have been happier if there had been a 10th report detailing the cars options at the point of sale.
Having said all of that whiney stuff, the reports deliver what they promise in an exemplary manner.”
“for paying only $1 for this important information it was well worth the time. i feel very at ease on purchasing this vehicle with the information i have obtained.”
“need to ask more about up dates to property, number of garages
type of heating and cooling, number of fireplaces, weather or not
the lower level is finished off., type of siding, brick stone stucco or aluminum.”
