“It is a total scam. False advertising. I subscribed for a 5-day free trial for which I was charged. Not free at all. After 3 days of going through the app, I realised that all the information in the app I could find in Google and for free. I tried to cancel my “not free trial” subscription and the Bot of the app directed me to Apple Pay/Apple App Store in which the app appears as “free”, so you can’t cancel it. Screenshots attached. Then after my “free trial” period I was charged again. In total I’ve been charged over $60 for nothing and customer service doesn’t want to refund me. It is a scam, it is theft.”
“Do not order from this site. The lettering on all of my shirts is coming off after the first wear. I sent pictures asking how to take care of it and they told me there is nothing they can do. This site is a total scam with the visade of a "good cause." They're only stealing your money.”
“Do not buy here. The shirts were not as advertised and I didn't even get the shirts I ordered. They take forever to respond if they do. You don't get refunded only store credit. Terrible the shirts are expensive but not that great quality. Never buying there again.”
“Received a t shirt for mothers day and loved it, decided to immediately order a couple more since it was a good cause. My first shirt was just a little tight, so sent another email to them WITHIN AN HOUR asking for a size larger. 2 weeks later they responded that I could get store credit (no refund offered) or the original size ordered, and I just said send the original order. 2 days later I get the email that my order was being custom made. Now I'm curious since they hadn't started the order, why the problem changing the size? Haven't received the shirts yet but will never order from them again”
“I received my order but the quality is awful...the shirts are not “kitten soft”, the designs are plastic like iron ons and you cannot return for a refund, you have to get a store credit. But they say only ONE person can handle those and she has yet to contact me.
I would recommend not ordering from them. Not even sure they are really sending money to help the cats.”

They are not reshipping or giving a refund!!! Stay away from this business!!!! Save yourself the aggravation and money!!!!! Horrible”
“Placed an order, three weeks later it arrives but it’s the wrong shirt. I contacted support three times and got the same automated response that deliveries were being delayed due to COVID but my order had nothing to do with that. I have yet to talk to anyone in support.”
