Terrible garage, appalling customer service has totally put me off ever buying a Mercedes from them again. There is a culture of lying and cover ups in the garage, the horrible toxic environment in this garage seems prevalent from the sales floor right the way up to management. Avoid Vertu at all costs!

CAREFUL! Absolute Clever Betrayal Manipulated Misleading Service. Full of liars. Full of unprofessional excuses. Keep dragging delivery of our Car. Used our identity illegally. Took our money and still holding it even cancellation occurred after 7th day of their Stupid Dragging. Head of this branch, Branch Manager struggling to understand who appointed them. DO NOT USE MERCEDES SLOUGH! USE ANOTHER BRANCH. UNSURE, ASK ME AND YOU WILL BE PROVIDED EVIDENTIAL BETRAYAL SERVICE OF THESE CULPRITS. 14 DAYS STILL NO REFUND OF OUR DEPOSIT TAKING THEM TO MOTOR OMBUDSMAN

Disgraceful, manipulative and liars. Before We purchased a used 2021 A200 AMG Line
Was sent a personal video giving us a full transparency condition report, and was advised on the video that the car was almost perfect condition apart from 2 stone chips that had been repaired and a small mark on the rear bumper that was going to be professionally repaired before delivery.
The car was also described as 1previous owner and would be come with 2 keys.
THIS WAS NOT THE CASE
. The car was delivered with a key missing and instead of the 2 stone chips there was 100s on the the lowest bumper that was not shown on the video and not advised, and instead of 1 owner there was 2 when we finally received the V5
The so called professional repair Mercedes of Slough had completed on the bumper was shocking with overspray on the wheel of the car and on the plastic trim.
They agreed to send me the spare key but this has never happened, they agreed to re paint the bumper.
 ( BUT ONLY IF I GAVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW WHEN ASKED BY MERCEDES.
 ) This is pure blackmail and even worse just shows what the Mercedes reviews are really worth, please consider carefully before purchasing from this dealership.

I should have known what this dealership was like when the Business Manager advised that they were going to charge me an extra £600 as we did not want finance, because Mercedes provided a deposit allowance, after I called several dealers who all advised this is not true the dealership agreed to the original price.
They never return calls, you can never get hold of anyone, truly a shocking and misleading dealership that uses Mercedes reviews to blackmail customers.
I can’t believe they can be allowed to continue. We have reported this to Mercedes and stated that dealerships should not blackmail customers to lease a false rating, MERCEDES will investigate.

I was sold used e220d with Mercedes guarantee in view to contact any Mercedes dealer in the country to help me with any problems. I contacted Mercedes Southampton to resolve a safety issue with window screen washer within 48 hours of me buying the car and they told me that they can’t deal with it until end of of the year. It is a safety issue..!!! I am so …. so disappointed in Mercedes . I always had a Mercedes but I now have to think again... I can’t use my car for few weeks because my problem is not important to Mercedes southampton.. shame on you Mercedes. I will be contacting Mercedes head office about keeping their guarantees and their promises to their customer .

Terrible experience using the part department. I ask for parts and Rusal on counter tells I should use Brentford as they better there and give better service. really? if I wanted to go to Brentford I would go myself. why are Slough telling me to use other business. am I wrong type of customer for you? do you not like taxi custom anymore? bring back mr Jas

Our car was in Mercedes slough for repair after 4 days of repair , my husband taken car to work and it stopped in motor way and there was some leakage from car . Worst service and rude people working there

Poor service and utterly rude from a member of the sales team. Thats if you can call him a sales rep, got everything wrong! Avoid Slough Mercedes! Go to Ascot or Watford, nicer reps there and you feel like your dealing with adults rather than school leavers!!!!

Do not take your vehicle to Slough mercedes benz for any work. They over book and then come up with pathetic excuses. Kept my can for 4 days without doing any work and the told me to take my car back if I want to. Wasted my 4 days. I had to pay £150 pounds to get to and from work. Informed the customer service lady but she had absolutely no care and was not even bothered about my situation. A prime example of bad customer service. I have recording of the conversations. Which I will post soon. What a waste of time. Zero stars.

my car needs a safety recall from mercedes benz and was told by letter not to drive my car and was told by the dealer a tech would come to my home the following monday to check the recall he did and it does require the recall i asked for a loan car but was told i would have to pay & claim the money back later (keep the receits) when i asked when will my car be ready i was told may be september or october. i have never heard of anyone paying for a loan car & I have been in the motor trade for many years.Mercedes benz said the dealer has to deal with this not them. your steve timms annoyed customer.by japanese next time.

They are not friendly at all . The customer service very angry on the phone. Mercedes benz service.They said you will get a call back! three days no one calls . I did call them five times but no resolve. Please avoid them .

I have always serviced my car with Vertu Motors in Slough. My car was experiencing multiple engine problems and I took my car to Vertu Motors, as usual. I was charged £3,088, only to find that the car still had the same problems IMMEDIATELY after I took it from the garage. The next day, my car broke down because of these problems. I took the car back to Vertu Motors Slough and they said they couldn't find any problems and returned my car a week later. I still had the same problems with the vehicle. I spoke to the manager and asked him that if I went to an independent dealer and they diagnosed a problem, if I would receive a refund. He said no. I went to the Mercedes garage in Stratford and they successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem... the exact same problem that I initially went to the Slough garage for. Vertu Motors didn't diagnose the problem correctly, installed the wrong parts in the car, didn't fix anything. For this, I have been charged a fortune. My work was disrupted for the past 10 weeks with barely any income, and I have been immensely stressed by this. I will write to Vertu Motors one more time and ask for a full refund including compensation, and I will be taking legal action if this isn't resolved beyond this.

Be warned!! the after sales service is appalling once they have your money! Having spent several thousands on ‘repairs’ to our vehicle which has 25k on the clock. We returned vehicle for 3rd time with the same fault, then advised it could only be one of 2 faults. To replace both parts would cost additional £1000+ and when I asked for confirmation in writing that they could guarantee this, of course they wouldn’t do so. We are now several thousands down and still do not have a car that is roadworthy. Absolutely would not recommend at all quite possibly the worst customer service experienced.

One star is actually to many, Don’t bother with Mercedes Slough, I won’t go into all the issues as it would take far too long but the most worrying issue was that they had re-set the service indicator but not actually serviced the car or done any of the checks, the sales guy went to great pains to tell me it did not need servicing for another 364 days. I saw the car before it was prepared but was assured anything that need doing would be done, well they did nothing except a quick wash and hastily apply “Stargard” (don’t waste your money), while I was waiting to collect. The matters have been resolved now but it should never of happened in the first place appalling service and the managers were useless as well thankfully they have been replaced now.

Avoid Mercedes Benz Slough like the plague. Had a simple warranty repair (Headrests stuck in up position) to conduct to a new 8 month old Merc E220D Coupe lease car. This was in November 2018, even after countless call... No one has ever got back to me- APPALLING!. I rang them last week (26 Apr 2019) as Major service is due and politely asked if they could the repair to the headrest at the same time as major service.... Absolutely sir... someone will call you back shortly... Still damn well waiting. Ridiculous... my previous cars have been Audi and BMW and i tell you the service experience is unbelievable compared to Mercedes ! Shame on You Mercedes Slough!
