“late delivary YET payed 8€ for it! I never payed so much in delivary costs. They blamed Corona for delay. Come on! Please. Never again. It´s been over 3 weeks! I still didin´t get what I ordered!”

“Received the wrong item and was sent no order number either by email or invoice or delivery note so can't contact anybody about the exchange I wanted even after several time trying through PayPal. So Still stuck with a Ed Sherran t. shirt I don't want and no killers t shirt I did orderstill hope you can help”

“Buyer be warned - we needed to get a refund from Merchandisingplaza (Italy) ---first they lied and said they hadn't received my return , then said it was held up in customs , then told paypal there was no evidence of me sending the package. Even though I sent countless emails of the tracking numbers. And paypal just as bad siding with them WTF! . Today I received the parcel back saying knowone picked the parcel up in Italy --Don't Trust them Paypal or Merchandising plaza (Italy)---and once again I sent a photo of the returned parcel and the tracking number to paypal . Shop elsewhere guys !!!”

“My item wasn't shipped at all, surely it wasn't available but the site lists everything as available. Like others, left me without the xmas gifts I planned (and actually purchased) It looks all serious and legal but it's not. I also wished I read these revies before”

“Would give them 0 stars if I could! Used their "UK" website only to find out it was coming from Italy and was shipped a week after order placed and not next day as promised! Two weeks gone now and it's still in Italy, 3 days to xmas.”

“WARNING - DO NOT bother placing an order with this shop. 3 weeks later and my order was still not shipped. I had to ask for a refund. Left completely disappointed and without the gifts I had planned. I would have bought elsewhere if I knew they were so unreliable. So disappointed”

“Purchased a South Park mug as a present for xmas as it was the only place I could get this mug from. Thought they were in Australia as the site ended with .au Oh no, they are in Italy! When the item arrived, it was broken - they hadn't packed it appropriately of OS transport. After sending them pictures of the broken mug, they said they would resend and I gave express instructions on how to wrap it safely (should I even have to do this??) Fed Ex left a message that they thought the item was broke - again. Sure enough, it was smashed to smithereens. The only additional package from the 1st time was brown paper (why aren't airbags made out of brown paper????). I sent them an email requesting a refund - no response. So true to my word, I'm leaving negative feedback anywhere I can! Avoid like the plague!!”
