SCAM. After 6 months of waiting for my order to be fulfilled, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I get a response the same day, but instead of a refund, they claimed an "error" with processing my return and issued store credit, so my money is still being held hostage by them.

Similar experience to everyone else here. Ordered item on backorder 29/9/2024. Months of waiting I asked to cancel and promised refund in '15 business days'. No refund received. Customer service do respond but unhelpful I suspect this is by design to string you along.
