Have numerous orders stating they're being processed but I have not received anything in over a year. Customer service does not respond to any emails you send them and I have not getting any refund on my money or their open back orders

Similar experience to everyone else here. Ordered item on backorder 29/9/2024. Months of waiting I asked to cancel and promised refund in '15 business days'. No refund received. Customer service do respond but unhelpful I suspect this is by design to string you along.
