“ AWFUL. They never shipped my $225.62 Christmas order from November 2024. I canceled and requested a refund in March 2025. Emailed them dozens of times and received only canned bot replies. Now they have TAKEN ALL WAYS TO CONTACT THEM OFF THE WEBSITE. Reported them to BBB and the FTC. Absolutely fraudulent company. Horrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ”
