First question: When will I receive my refund that I have been waiting for since January 2025? Are Mechbar still trying to track down the transaction ID? How much longer are you going to continue with this lie? Second question: Why are Merchbar ignoring my emails now?

I ordered a vinyl by backorder because it wasn't in stock, it said it will be here by april (up to 8 weeks) I ordered it a few weeks ago but what if it doesn't get here ? I accidentally deleted the confirmation email from my Gmail and from my trash in gmail

I can't answer that cause I don't really know about this website.my daughter wants something off of here, But I was looking at the comments and they say that this website is not the best son think its really for you to decide!
