“Terrible response time rude as hell dosent answer phone calls and dosent contact you with updates overpriced as hell as well terrible quality and poor customer service 18% card fee dosent take any other payment methods and wants to add more on top of it not worth spending money with would of had more business but he’s a arrogant stubborn person”
“Poor quality product and, when I tried to return it, it took them well beyond the promised 14 day refund policy to credit my card. When they finally did, they charged me almost 44% of the original purchase for "customs clearance fee". There is no customs on returned good. When i asked for documentation, they only sent me their internal credit memo. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT!”
“Do not order from this company! I had to return a pair of DM’s due to them being too big. Firstly I had to pay the postage but when I got a refund it was £32 short which they said was to cover the cost of the customs clearance fee! They operate out of the Czech Republic so not only did delivery take 2-3 weeks there is a huge cost to the customer to return goods. They say it’s in their terms and conditions but who reads all of those? I ended up buying the same boots from DM directly with free 2 day delivery.”
“Sent item back took forever to get refund back and when I did get refund back they not pay full amount so if they don’t pay me back what I paid for the item will be taking them to court and they are dame rude can’t email you back when you email them they rather take forever to email you or don’t email you at all don’t always pick up the phone so now if not get full refund will take them to court they should be shut down they are nothing but scammers that scam people.I did not get the full amount of £42.42 I only got £15.18 back.”
“Their site says UK they put in the small print they are not even though their return address is in the UK they will charge you customs fees on orders returned to their UK address orders over £135 they say will be subject to customs but even when your order isnt anywhere near that then they still keep `£30 of your return money. Manipulation, twisting words to keep money from innocent people. They know they are conning people so just beware they will do the same to you if you dare to return anything then they will try to blame it on you which I am sure that is what their response here will be.”
