“To steve and the crew at micro plus oswestery , steve did an or-some job on building us our new state of the art music studio and video editing computer system we are all really pleased with our end product absolutely amazing peice of kit with his very skill full atitude and his attention to detail (this guy sure knows his stuff) he talked us through what we needed to work for us best a true professional in his line of work we will be using him again thankyou for your help steve Sunshine studios Matwom imaging”

“The guys have always been great, helpful and knowledgeable, both when we kitted out our new office with their innovative ideas and solid suggestions, and also when they've fixed everything from broken 5 year old Macs to my son's PC with too many Minecraft downloads. Thanks for all your help!”

“All the staff at Micro Plus Computers have been great with me over the years, explaining everything and helping me with my laptop and my tablet. “I am here along with my long time partner Barb, are from the from the United States. We have been house sitting since October of 2013. We have been in the UK or Europe since January 1st., 2014. Our laptop is laterally our live. We stay in touch with family and friends, keep up with a rental property, do our taxes, and all our banking on that computer. I went in to speak with the people at the shop, about the fan coming on too often. Also, the DVD player was no longer working, which I knew that was a result of a fall from a coffee table that the laptop took one day. I asked if they could fix those items. We were also interested in purchasing a new laptop to go along with the one we had. Sort of a back up, just in case. The guy at the desk, sorry don't remember his name but all of them were excellent.... recommended a test of the machine. Said it would be horrible if we fixed it and then found out other things were bad, So we did that. Discovered the hard drive was going bad. So.... to make a long story short, we upgraded this laptop, which meant we no longer had to buy another, which saved us money and gave us back a good efficient fast machine. Many Many Thanks to all the people at the shop.”

“My computer was due a service, seemed very slow and in need of some "TLC", called in to see Steve and Jay, they suggested I try "Solid State Drive", saying it was really fast and a huge improvement on what I had. Micro Plus has been great for me, sorting out any problems , and any recommendation is good enough for me. This time they surpassed themselves........it is absolutely brilliant, so fast "on average 4 times faster".!!!!!!!!!!!! Ever one should have it. Many thanks, Mary Rose York.”

“Deal with the best and forget the rest. Microplus computers employ the kindest , helpful and most knowlegeable people I have ever dealt with. All my problems, even the most trivial are dealt with in a prompt and polite manner. Time spent at Microplus is never wasted and I always leave with good sound advice and feel I have learned something. Their product range is good and I know I will purchase the correct equipment first time including any accessories..and no queues. Well done all.”

“It was that time of year when my 'newbie' baby compooter had to have its check up and renewal of the BullGuard installation as it had come of age !! We had survived a whole year together!! But this was only due to the help cheerfully given by the folks at MicroPlus; and the only person gritting their teeth was 'me', with the grim determination that I would succeed in getting to grips with this 'ere compooterie thing! Nor was I going to be a time waster........ Jay carried most of the weight of the task on his shoulders. Patience and HUMOUR especially....... and encouragement, set me on my way but it is easy to try when a brief phone call or sticking your head through the door some one can give you a quick answer to a question. You do sort out people's complicated problems but you support all your customers! The Crunch of the Matter is ... YOU CAN'T GET THAT AT ARGOS! Well done Micro Plus, thank you and here's to another hazzle-free year of this compooterie doings!! Lorry Turpin”
