“Always extremely helpful and efficient when any problems have arisen. Customer service is excellent with a friendly knowledgeable approach at all times. Would recommend (and have done) others to seek advice and service etc. from Micro Plus Computers.”

“Courteous, careful and prompt. I am a difficult customer and these guys gave me no problems - in fact I have another lap top that I will be asking them to remove Windows 8 from. I could happily recommend their services to anyone. Peter Williams.”

“I purchased a laptop from Micro Plus which did not perform as expected, failed frequently and had to be replaced after just over 12 months use. Despite several return visits to Microplus and lots of wasted time the laptop could not be repaired. Very disappointing.”

“I've only used Micro Plus twice. The first time I hoped to get a Canon printer fixed but M P couldn't fix it & it cost me about £40 (I think) to be told it had to go back to Canon. I did know about the charge in advance so 'fair enough'. The second time was to attend a free session on introducing Windows 8 which I found interesting”

“I found all staff very helpful when I bought my ipad. I am not very computer literate so Dan set up it up and explained about it very patiently. I will continue to use them for all my computer needs”

“I find all the staff at Micro plus computers very helpful and patient with me who is not the brightest on the computer! as I am getting on in years. I buy all my relevant needs from them and belong to their care package. I would recommend them to anybody.”

“Always helpful and polite and most of the time manage to hide their frustrations with techno numpties like me! If any slight caution, their sales techniques can be a bit pushy but only in a nice way and I guess that's their job too! Barbara Jones Oakwood Veterinary Centre”

“The staff at the Bailey Street shop went over and above the normal standard of customer service when I took my laptop in for service. Both Wayne and Andy were most helpful and kept me informed of what they were doing and how long it would take. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a first class service, and I will certainly call in to see them again to purchase a new laptop in the not too distant future. Frederick Clare 24 Nov. 2014”
