“W,e arrived on time at your Luton garage, the receptionist was on the ball and very quickly we were into the detail of how the system worked, all explained in an unhurried style by Ben, who made sure we were comfortable with tea while he disappeared to do the paper work. The whole process took about twenty minutes, there was no discussion over valuation, no suggestion of any admin charges. Upon completion Ben transported us to the station, came into the ticket office, found our platform was on the opposite side of the station and insisted on driving around.I cannot speak highly enough about our reception and treatment, I honestly did not think this level of service existed in the car industry. “Met with Dave at the Sheffield office to sell my car . Wow what a refreshing experience in comparison of other car buying outlets. Friendly, professional, courteous. An absolute joy to deal with, superfast, top of the line service. Can't recommend them highly enough. If you are nervous about car dealers visit these guys. These guys will not rip you off. P.S. Only one thing missing......a few hobnobs to go with the splendid cuppa on offer :))”

“This is the 2nd car we have sold to Mike Brewer Motors and on both occasions the experience has been very good. If you provide the correct detail the price they quote is the price you receive. “Excellent, never sold a car like this before and was a little wary but the price quoted on the internet was exactly what I got (bar a very small deduction for some slight damage I hadn't given on the internet - fair enough!). I had received other offers from online buyers and the figures being offered were ridiculous compared to the worth of the car. The offer from Mike Brewer was right where I needed and significantly more than the other offers. Very quick, very friendly and money received into my account with no hassle. Would highly recommend!”

“easy hassle free service.i wish i had found this place earlier! i was about to settle for a much lower price but luckily discovered this place which gave me exactly the same price as promised on their online valuation.they didn't try to knock the price like most other places who give you one online price and then when they see the car try and knock hundreds off the final price! the whole process with mike brewer motors only took about 20 minutes and the money was in my account the following day! there are absolutely no admin fee to pay unlike most other sites.everyone i met at the luton branch was very friendly and professional.you are selling your car directly to a dealership and thus cutting out the middleman which means you get a much fairer price. thank you. highly recommended!!”

“I received my valuation on line and travelled 70 miles to Sheffield. I was met by Dave without delay and he looked around my car and went for a test drive. He then returned checked my paper work and disappeared for 10 minutes. When he returned he stated that he would give me the stated value of the car and we exchanged details. The whole process took about 30 minutes. This was all done in a thorough and professional manner. There was no bargaining or trying to knock the value down. I stated what I had been offered by WBAC and he just raised his eyebrows. He stated that they do not charge admin fees or fees for same day payment. This was most refreshing and I felt that I could deal with these people again. It was a rewarding experience and Dave even offered me a lift to the railway station. All in all, a good experience and while that you know they are there to make a profit on your car you go away feeling as though you haven't been mugged. An experience that is unusual in the motor trade. Thanks Dave for giving me a straight deal!!!”

“I have to say Dave who sorted out buying our car from us was a pleasure to deal with, we booked our appointment and the handover was so straight forward. “Dealt with Dave at the Sheffield branch who was very friendly and helpful. He did knock me down £250 as my drive down from Scotland had pushed the mileage into the next price band. I wasn't too surprised as I thought I should maybe have factored in the trip when submitting the mileage on the website but I never expected Mike Brewer to offer so much more than everyone else and that I'd be using them! I still got around £900 more than WeBuyAnyCar and £300 than the dealer I was buying the new car from. Dave was running behind schedule that day but kindly rang to give me plenty of warning so I could arrive later. After we agreed the deal, he took care of the V5 changes and gave me a lift to the station (in my car which felt very surreal!). All in all, very pleased with the service and will happily use again.”

“My THIRD trip down from Ayrshire in Scotland to sell Mike a car. The whole process is, as stated, extremely easy. If the car is as described then the full amount will be paid, no question. Dave, yet again, was a kind and generous host and a fantastic representative of a brilliant company. Well done Mike and very well done Dave. Who knows, maybe I'll be back down with car number 4!”

“Sold my BMW Z4 today and got exactly as quoted. I was treated extremely well from the moment I got there (Luton Branch) by Dan who was friendly and informative from the outset. I must admit I was pretty stressed prior to this appointment due to previous experiences from other car buying organisations. This really was a refreshing change with the ethic of 'we really want the best for you'. Quick inspection and test drive and that was it, done. Was told money may take up to 48 hours to process but it was in my account within one hour. Thanks Mike Brewer and all your terrific staff.”

“I had an offer for my car which was better than any other that I had received.Therefore I contacted them and made an appointment via David Harris.The appointment was for today, David was very professional and prompt, and after inspecting the car, I was offered the full quoted price to the penny. So so different from the many other companies I have tried before. I would like to say just how friendly and polite everyone on the team are, a true credit to the company. I would thoroughly recommend the use of this company. 7/10/16”

“After getting some online quotes for purchasing my car from the well known companies and main dealers I decided to get a quote from Mike brewer motors, they came back with the best quote and as long as your put a honest decription of car you will get the price quoted. There is no admin fee either which can save you up to £70 as well which other companies charge and after previous experience they will try to reduce the offer and find a reason for it. Overall I was very pleased with to sell my car to Mike brewer motors and the service offered”

“I dealt with Simon at Luton who was very good and well worth the 60 mile odd trip there from Basingstoke. I received the full valuation figure that was quoted to me, the money was in my bank account the same day, and he gave me a lift to the station. Nice people to do business with, fully recommend them.”
