I saw the advert for a Kia ceed on the website that was at a good price, I rang and spoke to Tom Nicholson who was extremely polite and helpful, we negotiated a price over the phone and i bought the car without going to view it. When i arrived to collect the car i was greeted by Tom who showed me around the car and gave a me very full in-depth demonstration of the cars controls etc. The car was immaculately prepared and was everything i had wished it to be. I would highly recommend Mike Brewer Motors to any one wishing to buy a car. Many thanks to Tom for making this a truly enjoyable experience.

The whole process exceeded my expectations. The valuation was considerably better than other comparable valuation sites so was worth the two hour drive to Sheffield. I was seen very promptly and within 20minutes the valuation had been confirmed and the paper work completed. I was given a lift to the station without having to ask and by the time I returned home a few hours later the money was in my account. All very professional.

W,e arrived on time at your Luton garage, the receptionist was on the ball and very quickly we were into the detail of how the system worked, all explained in an unhurried style by Ben, who made sure we were comfortable with tea while he disappeared to do the paper work. The whole process took about twenty minutes, there was no discussion over valuation, no suggestion of any admin charges. Upon completion Ben transported us to the station, came into the ticket office, found our platform was on the opposite side of the station and insisted on driving around.I cannot speak highly enough about our reception and treatment, I honestly did not think this level of service existed in the car industry. Let me start by being very positive the quoted amount for the description I met was paid and that is very honourable. The process at Mike Brewers Luton was mainly good . Issues regarded process I felt uncomfortable handing over Keys and Logbook for a one page document and a promise that payment will be made and it could take up to 5 days. It was completed that day.. Also by giving over the log book I could not do the current owners transfer and think we should have done this online together. So good but not excellent

This is the 2nd car we have sold to Mike Brewer Motors and on both occasions the experience has been very good. If you provide the correct detail the price they quote is the price you receive. A straightforward process with quick payment . So much better than our experience with the Car People. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Not a bad experience, except the car is worth at least double that in the trade. Possibly more at auction. Love Mike Brewer, but that was not a cheeky bid, but downright robbery!

Drove down from Leeds thinking will they try and knock something off their offer price, and no they didn't. Saw a great guy called Dave who made the transaction quick and pleasant no haggling just the price they quoted. Was in and out in 20 mins and money will be in my bank on Monday and unlike all the other car buying sites who offer you a ridiculous low price for you car, they also don't charge you £75 to put money in your bank. Very pleased would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks Dave.

Excellent experience. Alan and David were incredibly friendly. The price was as quoted on the website. Dropped me at the bus station so I could get home and even recovered some property that I had left in the glove-box for me to return and collect. 5 Star.

This was a step into the unknown for me but I loved the web information and it's honesty together with the price offered. On arriving there was no tyre kicking and that sort of nonsense and I was treated brilliantly. Would recommend your service to anyone.

This was a painless experience from the initial form submission completed online and onto the site visit where you were made most welcome. Everybody from the receptionist to the valuer oozed professionalism and courtesy, you were made to feel at ease and after the deal was completed we were even dropped off at the railway station. First class service, cheers to Mike and the crew a shining example of how a customer experience should be!

Initially there was no one to meet me for my appointment, but I was welcomed and offered a drink. The guy that assessed my car was friendly and the price quoted was agreed. My car was worth every penny!! Payment wasn't, forthcoming in the timescale, and I became worried I wouldn't be paid. Once I had contacted them, a director rang me personally and assured me I would be paid. A few days later I received payment (it was over a weekend). So, a few glitches but they were a friendly, open and honest company to deal with, and I.d deal with them again.

Very nice people, Very polite, not pushy, trusting, nothing is was much trouble, I was given the best price bar far for my trade in, much better than anyother dealer. I wont be going anywhere else for my cars. Regards Coll.

So much for "We understand that all used vehicles will have some level of wear and tear - the older they get, the more they will have (sadly, just like us!). Don't worry if your vehicle has a few minor chips or scuffs as we will factor in an element of this dependent on the age of the vehicle. We just ask that you tell us about any damage that you would not expect on a vehicle of that age. As a rough guide we would expect you to tell us about any chips, dents or stuffs that are larger than a 20 pence piece and any interior damage such as rips or tears in fabric or leather." An 8 year old car with the biggest scratch on the wing mirror, and you could replace the cover on that for £14, yet the paintwork needed £300 spent on it. Nothing even approaching the size of a 20p. Same old, same old...
