“Did exactly what the web site said, surprisingly pain free, efficient and friendly. No hidden charges, took around 30 mins and offered a lift back to office. Made an offer of around 7% more than other sites and in line with Audi valuation. Money in my account the next working day.”

“Excellent, fast, no hassle, friendly service. I had an online valuation at 10am, booked an appointment for 1:30pm same day and by 2pm had agreed a sale. No bartering down, they paid what was quoted online (which was higher than other online valuation services) minus a very small and fair amount for scuffs on the black alloys. Still higher than the other online quotes I had received! As I live 3 miles from the Sheffield branch, they even took me home right to the doorstep. Money was in my account 42 hours later. I can recommend Mike Brewer very highly if you want a fair price, with no hassle and no 'salesman's knock down targets', plus the very friendly staff.”

“Straight forward process. Quick and easy. The valuation online will be the price you receive on the day so long as your honest. No knocking you down as soon as you arrive. Would absolutely recommend and use again!”

“The website was very easy to follow & fill in the necessary details. The valuation was made within seconds. I made an appointment for the next day for the vehicle to be viewed. The car was inspected & all the paperwork was completed within half an hour. I received the exact amount quoted & there were no admin fees. The payment was made in to my account the next morning. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this company again.”

“Came up from Dorset and was worried about leaving my lovely Tiguan there and about being knocked down on price. Both fears totally unfounded and because the description of our Tiguan was accurate we got the price they offered us. Money was also in our account by the time we returned to Dorset. Very impressed and no hesitation in recommending the company. Rev. Jude”

“Very easy and pleasant transaction thanks to Dave Harris. Very fair price - higher than any other car.com dealers, and he even gave us a lift down to Chesterfield station. I would highly recommend MB to anyone wanting a quick sale at a fair price. Might be a good idea to learn a bit of Brummy if You get Dave though ;) Thanks Kev”

“Great service, best quote by quite a bit. Never tried to knock valuation down. If your honest about the condition of your car you will get paid what they quote. Monies arrived within 3 hours. Top service and a lift back to the train station. Many Thanks”

“The price quoted was £500 more than other car buying services. Booked a weekend appointment at Sheffield and was dealt with straight away. Had a test drive in my vehicle and checked for damage. No damage so all good. Money arrived in my account by 2.00pm next day. Great service would recommend”

“Awful, unprofessional customer service. Verbal quotation only given. Entered my details several times on the website as staff were unable to locate the vehicle and my personal details each time. Received a lower price for the car than expected. Sales manager failed to return my calls or get in touch to arrange / rearrange appointments. I used Mike Brewers by recommendation but will not go back and will not provide any positive feedback to friends and family. Mr Frain.... Sheffield”
