“I try to buy all of my precision rifle needs from mile Shooting. My last purchase was a zero compromise scope, and given the price I wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. The salesperson was patient and worked with me to ensure I would be completely satisfied. Love the store and employees who work there.”

“Had a problem with my package being delivered. Called customer service, and could not be more satisfied with the service! The gentleman I spoke to went to college in Montana, sorry I forget his name, however, he got everything thing sorted out. I can tell your company values customer service and my experience could not have been better. You have a customer for life based solely on the interaction I had with your employee. Thank you.”

“This was a very frustrating first purchase. FedEx is Mile High's carrier of choice for Hazmat shipments. The experience with FedEx was terrible, they continued to say they attempted deliveries when they didn't as someone was home every time, and no door tag was left. I have the FedEx app, and other shipments came in as scheduled. I monitored this shipment closely as an adult signatrure was required. After 3 delivery attempts, they said they were returning the items to the shipper, yet they attempted delivery 2 more times when no one was home, and actually left a door tag this time. Mile High did get in contact with FedEx and tried to assist in having the package delivered later in the day, but that never happened. They did arrange to hold it at a FedEx facility for pickup, not exactly optimal, but i needed my order to begin reloading as I had lost 3 days so far. If FexEx is the only shipping option for hazmat, I would not purchase again. To be fair, this was a first order. I may give them another chance for non-hazmat orders.”
