“I ordered some brass but it turned out that they required a signature on the shipment. I was to be out of town for 2 weeks and called them to hold the shipment. They were kind to stop the shipment and then later charged my $29.04 for holding the shipment. I was NEVER told of this fee and would not have told them to hold the shipment. I called them and asked if this is the way they do business and was told it was. I will not be doing business with them again.”

Philip, we're sorry this experience was frustrating. We do disclose at checkout that applicable shipments require an adult signature. When you contacted us, your order had already shipped. At your request, we recalled the package to accommodate your travel schedule. Unfortunately, once a package has shipped, the original shipping charges still apply, and the carrier also charges us for the recall. We understand that these additional costs were disappointing, but they resulted from changing the delivery after the order had already shipped. We always do our best to accommodate customer requests while being transparent about any costs involved.
