I purchased a suppressor from them and it took 2 weeks for ATF to approve it. Not Mile Highs fault but after ATF approval it took them 4 days and I still haven’t heard back. Not shopping here again

Ordered a Glock 45 from Mile High Shooting and the entire process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I placed the order on March 16 and provided my FFL information the very next day. Despite that, the order sat for days with little to no communication. I had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get basic updates, and every response was vague like “most likely tomorrow.” Meanwhile, their own shipping policy states that orders placed before noon MST ship same day or next business day depending on timing. The biggest issue was the magazine situation. Since Oregon can’t receive the standard 17-round mags, the gun arrived without them, yet I was still charged full package price. I tried working with customer service to find a fair solution since I was receiving less product than advertised. After multiple emails and delays, the best they offered was 10% off a future order instead of addressing the current one. To make things worse, the delays became so long that my original FFL dealer became unavailable before the gun even shipped, forcing me to scramble and find another transfer dealer. I eventually received the firearm, but the overall experience was disappointing. Poor communication, slow processing, and very little effort to resolve a reasonable customer concern. I expected a lot better for a $650+ order.

was very disappointed with this firm. Ordered a Fix it Stick and searched on the UPC number to confirm I was getting the correct product...but it only came with handle and one bit...called for help no one ever called back.. called again and was greated poorly....lacks customer service and will move else where to purchase my 6.5 creedmore. Painful voice mail. google ups code UPC: 696177784654 and then see my picture. you will note they brought down the ups code UPC: 696177784654

I ordered a scope. I did not like it and found the same one for $300 less on Expert Voice. MHS would not give me a refund even though the scope was not mounted, had all packaging, etc and was less then a week after I ordered it. The scope did come with a scratch too. Anyway, they said their policy is they never give returns on scopes and most other items. Guns and ammo I can see, but why not a scope? The policy is also hard to find and it was never mentioned. They also want a 25% restocking fee, or more. Shop elsewhere.
