“We were seated near quite a cold and draughty position by kitchen walkway - apparently previous customers asked to be moved our waitress advised - we really should have done the same. Suggest move the booth 6 inches inwards and out of the walkway completely.
Food was very average, luke warm and very disappointing given we had to wait almost 40 minutes from being seated to our food finally being served.
We've eaten at many Miller & Carter before - Newbury Park 20-30 times, simply superb. Chelmsford we have tried twice in the four years since moving to the area. Both times have not been a pleasant experience to be honest - will not eat here again.”
“Went on the 20th sept, our waitress Monica was excellent, BUT they did not have any t bone steak, no lobster, no ribs, no salmon, and to round it off no banoffe pie, or one other dessert, so out of the six of us four couldn’t get what we wanted, for a steak house not to have t bone steak was rather disappointing.the booking was under the name of Ellis.”
