“I booked a table for 4 adults and 1 child for Christmas day as i wanted it be to a special experience and i have always have good experiences in the past but unfortunately this wasn't the case on Christmas day. It took the waiter 4 attempts to get 2 drinks correct and i only ordered gin and tonic and a soda water and lime. Then waited an hour between starters and main meals and 3 of us ordered the Turkey dinner and it was processed Turkey and not slices of fresh Turkey. We then asked for more drinks to another waitress and these do not come. It was very disappointing . We then went straight to Gatwick as we were going away which is why i have not written earlier. This is not the service I would expect for a premium price.”
“So not long left restaurant had a lovely family meal spent over five hundred pounds in here and when my daughters partner asked for another drink they said no ,I get it that he was a lil loud it was his birthday wasn't causing any trouble but cause he they said no n said the manager told him to refuse they kind about that so he took the lemons n limes out the machine and it caused a bit of an argument so the woman asked him to leave they had a few words and in the end the waitress told him to f'''ing get out ,so that's how you treat paying customers it was my first and last time I go and spend money in there ,furious is an understatement.”
