went to woodford green branch yesterday,myself daughter wife and 3 grandkids. food was cold half portions and took foreber cost £212.00 the place was quiet and like they was short on food so portioned it up. wife goes regulary and said its always been lovely. i for sure will not be back 👎🏻

Boxing day treat from my parents. It was busy but not packed. Starters came out reasonably quick. Prawns were warm but not hot. Same with the mushroom's on toast. We then waited for about 30 minutes. My daughter in law had a wedge which had a very dark hair on it, possibly an eyelash. Not the end of the world so it wasn't changed. My belly pork still had the string on and when I cut into it I couldn't get my knife through as it was burnt on the underside. Still I thought I would try it but it was so overcooked and dry that I couldn't swallow it. Waiter was informed, new dish chosen and was told would be 10-15 mins. Not ideal but no choice but to wait. 20 mins later enquired how much longer and was told 2 minutes. When my food finally turned up the rest of my family had finished eating and was now waiting for me to catch-up. My steak replacement meal was very nice and well cooked. We then ordered dessert, I had the cheese. My parents had the bread and butter pudding with custard, which didn't even cover the bottom of the dish. My daughter had a strawberry garnish with her dessert which were mouldy and very unappealing. My daughter in law had the chocolate fondant which was served cold(should it of been hot?)The waiter bought some fresh strawberries and some more custard. As I went to eat a piece of stilton I noticed I had been served the rind of the cheese. This is not suppose to be eaten. I spoke to the manager who said she would get it replaced and she did. I know had 3 thin slices of stilton in a wedge shape. I turned the top piece over and it was another end piece. I now think this was done deliberately. The manager was called over again and tried to justify why it was on the plate. I said to her that I wasn't happy and I hoped the bill would be adjusted accordingly. The bill had been reduced by £50 which I felt was an acceptable solution. I have had several meals at this Woodford Miller and Carter and would definitely go back again. I think expectations were very high for the food and it fell short this time. Boxing day is maybe to busy for them to serve the great standards they usually do.

Megan was an amazing sever! Very welcoming with a good sense of humour. Happy to answer any questions we had and made sure the onion loaf was crispy and burnt how we like!

Newcastle store, “fancy” cafeteria is the best I can say. Salad is to the table in minutes with entree soon to follow. 30 day aged rib eye quality is choice, at best. Seasoned fries were mediocre. Not a “high end” steakhouse by any means.

Food ok but be very careful using blue light discount card I am retired nurse but they did not take it after agreeing online they would as there was ten of us. It is quite expensive. So was quite angry. Price without discount is too much. Go to bills

Good location. Lovely, not overpowering staff. Starters were v.good. Steaks were beautiful. Sweets were excellent. Worst part was the fries - not up to the standard of the rest of the meal. Considering the price would have expected cloth napkins not paper ones. Overall very good to excellent. Will be back for more.

We enjoy our cabinets and the complaint is the follow up. It is bad. Lots of excuses and in the end we will hire a handy man to repair a mistake they made. There are mnay other great cabinet makers in the Los Angeles. Always, customer service is always the key.

Great team. But. poor follow up. We love the workmanship, but if you have a problem they have an excuse “I did not see the emails.” There are other cabinet makers in the Los Angeles area.

It was plain and I expected a lot more for the money. Filled out a review from miller and Carter & had a very vague response. Very disappointed. Won’t be reccomending to anyone else

Really enjoyed our meal, food and service were excellent. The only down side is the restaurant is really cold and has been every time we have visited. I have previously asked to seated some where else. There was a lady near us sitting with her coat around her shoulders and my husband was even cold and he is never cold. I came prepared and wore a warm jumper this time and it isn’t even winter. Just think it needs addressing.

A chef’s recommendation main from menu unavailable, came here for my birthday celebration . You would think that there would be better planning for a Saturday to ensure there are enough mains available. Not even any attempt to compensate in anyway, except to say “we have a delivery coming tomorrow” or to say happy birthday or even a goodbye when leaving…..so disappointed. It was never like this before. What a shame!

Miller and Carter Ruislip - standard of food has gone downhill. The salt and pepper calamari starter was very bland and tasteless - like something from a supermarket freezer pack rather than fresh. The cheesy garlic bread starter was cold, limp and lifeless, with no noticeable garlic flavour whatsoever. The sirloin steak was just ok, average at best. Nothing particularly great about it, but not terrible. However, the frozen disc of butter on it was so solidly frozen that it had barely started to thaw by the time I'd finished the steak. There was a quarter tomato garnish that had obviously been chargrilled at some point, but it was stone cold. The lettuce wedge was less of a single wedge and more a collection of separate lettuce leaves. If I'd wanted this standard of food I'd have gone to Wetherspoons and saved myself 70% of the bill (and had a much better selection of beers). The wall next to our table was covered in grease splatters and marks that had obviously accumulated over time, yet seemingly not cleaned or even noticed by M&C staff?

Disappointed with latest visit to M&C in Warrington, various meals and puddings not available, seated by the service area so it was noisy the onion loaf was soggy

My sister & I were having lunch with our 92-year mum. We received an excellent service from Jason. He took very good care of us & in fact spoilt us. The food was excellent, as was Jason & we will return. Our mum really enjoyed herself which is the main thing. Look after your staff & your staff will take good care of your customers. Win-win all round. Thank You

had a pre drink in the bar a pint of lager and a glass of wine 12 pound 25 pence felt robbed cheap wine as well, 2 mains one sweet one floater coffee and a bottle of house wine bill came to 92 pounds 25 pence all told, food was nice but overpriced the drinks well they were a total rip off
