“We booked an appointment the receptionist ask us what the appointment was about and we told her that it was time to have our dog put to sleep. We waited in the waiting room 45 mins over our appointment time. When we went in for the appointment the vet asked us why we were here.
I feel there should be more consideration for people at this difficult time. Maybe not have to wait in the waiting room with others for so long at such a difficult time.”
“Middle of night, rang because my dog was suffering, but could not get down to the surgery. Was told that vets don't come out to help my dogs end easier. So I watched my beloved boy, suffer at the end. Shame on you and you think you care for animals .”
“If you do not have thousands of pounds in your account for instant payment don’t take your pets here or rely on them for emergency treatment. Despite the website stating direct claims with insurance companies can be agreed I was told no and payment is required every 24 hours. I challenged the lie we were told by the clinical director and she ignored it. A complaint was raised and I received what appears to be a copy and paste mission statement. Despite being with the vets for 14 years and paying thousands of pounds in bills on time they simply don’t care. Money is the one and only focus of this practice and not the pet’s immediate care. We have thankfully found a family run practice with the best interests of our pets at heart. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement.”
“Super staff that prepared my dog for export to Australia perfectly, and communicated clearly and regularly with me along the way. Made life easy for me in regards to making payments, and generally took great care of me as a customer, and my dog as a patient. Wonderful.”
