“I was very impressed with the service from start to finish! Used for 2 nights in Auckland and then for a few hours on our return as we had some extra time and didn’t want to drag our luggage round. Booked it in there and then in the shop. Could not be easier. Would definitely recommend and would use this service again!”

“I had to cancel my mindmybag booking however I wanted to say how great the service has been with regards to getting a refund on my pre-booking. Excellent service and will certainly use them if I ever needed them in the future.”

“This is a great concept and it worked out well. My only suggestion is to be a little more formal about accounting for the bags. My daughter dropped off her bags and got a scrap of paper with her last name and the number of bags scribbled on it - there was no indication that it was from MindMyBag or from the establishment keeping them. They did not check her ID, so that means they are relying on individuals remembering who left the bags to keep them secure.”

“Easily book and pay online. Turn up on the day for quick, easy check-in with the pleasant staff. Then again a quick and easy process to collect bag when needed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and provided excellent sevice, highly recommend!”

“I recently booked with mind my bag and then had to cancel my booking not long after. During the cancellation process I found the communication to be excellent, prompt and thorough. Even though I didn't use their services to store my items, this experience has made me feel safe and trusting to use their service in the future if the need arises.”

“I’m from Gold Coast and travelled to Brisbane. The bag drop was close to the station , easy walk and my bag was kept safe. It was all very seamless and easy. I’d be happy to recommend.”
