“It was very convenient to be able to store my bag somewhere relatively safe so I could roam around the city, however I did not fully trust that my belongings were safe. There was no system for bag tagging or verification that I had taken only my bag, and when I came back to collect my bag had been moved around a fair bit -I was anxious that someone had stolen it. I think more strict procedures should be put into place to make this a safe process for the bag minder and the bag owner.”
