“Friendly east service. Handy to the train station. Only thing that concerned me a little was the bags were just in the shop storeroom and I wasn’t sure how secure it was. But overall happy with the service.”

“No problem with my booking or storage. the gentleman who assisted me was courteous and polite. 24/7 access was why i picked the location i went with. I would have given 5 stars if you had been located closer to the train station.”

“Directions given for finding storage were not full enough when our taxi delivered us to a different entrance of the station but the storage facility was well located for boarding train. Friendly service.”

“Good location and hassle free, worked well. So much quicker and easier than traditional luggage services and good value. From a security perspective I think there should have been a notification when my bag was collected.”

“A little bit pricey for what it was (2 small bags for 3 hrs), but so convenient to step out of the airBnB and drop the bags 20m away. Would have been good if the shop had displayed a sign for the service, because we were a bit unsure how to go about asking for it when we got there. Overall though - very convenient!”

“I was a bit disappointed to find that once the bag had been dropped off, I couldn't access it again until I wished to remove it. For the cost of the service, I though I would have ready access.”
