“I was nervous about leaving my laptop bag whilst I headed to a sports match with no laptops allowed. The staff didn't know anything about it to start with but eventually, a manager arrived who completed the check-in. I don't think the bags are locked, just put out the back which worried me a little. Not sure I would leave my work laptop again however it was good value, convenient and all was well. A great service.”

“All went smoothly. Could I suggest an improvement of having a sticker or something in the window of the business. The business we were looking for didn’t have a street number or anything showing so we weren’t sure we were at the right place and felt silly having to ask.”

“Booking online was easy. The staff member wasn't initially available at the opening time when I went to drop off my bags, which was concerning (the tourist desk within Q1 Hotel, Gold Coast, Queensland). The hotel staff seemed unsure when they would arrive. When they did arrive they were efficient and my bags were stored in a locked room. Bag retrieval at the end of the day was quick and easy.”
