“Cheap and effective way of storing luggage when needed. Simple to use.”

“Directions were clear, staff were good and helped us. One thing I didn’t like is we paid $2 more per bag through here. If we had of gone direct to them it was cheaper. Reason I know this is the customer in front of us was charged a different price.”

“Great service. However, it would be good to be told that the bags are being stored at the particular business. We wondered around trying to find "Mind My Bag" not realising that the service is provided by an existing business. We went inside & asked them how to find "Mind My Bag" not realising they were the actual business.”

“The procedure was very informal and at the start, we didn't feel like we are leaving our bags in a safe spot. Probably, a more organised approach towards depositing the bags will give a better sense of comfort - just a thought for the future :)”

“This service is a great option if your accommodation is unable to store your luggage after check-out eg. AirBnB's. We chose an "open 24hrs" business which suited us because we needed to retrieve our luggage at a time when other luggage storage places were closed. The business we chose also had insurance, so yes, it would have been inconvenient to lose our luggage but glad insurance would have taken care of replacement items. Also, as you would expect, we didn't store any "valuables" eg passport, cash, jewelry - I recommend having a backpack to carry these valuables with you.”
