“Really good and handy! It was a bit difficult looking for the place but when we found it the lady helped us and all. 100% recommend for those traveling with big bags around the city. Very safe as well.”

“Would have prefer a clearer indication of how far from Southern Cross Station the storage point was. It was a little challenging with 2 children and the bags to know the best way of getting there. Apart from that, excellent.”

“One needs to plan ahead somewhat. No mechanism in place for a refund if you booked and payed for 5 bags the brought only 4. Overall a convenient service. 3.5 out of 5.”

“Easy online process. Good selection of easily found vendors in the Auckland area. Competitive prices. Opened earlier than other storage options, which I required. Was not thrilled with the security of my bags (stuffed out of sight at the rear of a small grocery store), but I was aware of the type of business beforehand and made the choice to take the risk.”

“Great service. Highly recommended. Local accommodation store your bags until you want to check in or leave for airport & only a short walk to your own accommodation. Only thing was it said a email confirmation would be sent & it never did - twice I booked. I took screenshot of booking reference.”

“Convenient location, staff quick to check in bags, also quick to find bags at end of day to check them out, staff has pleasant manner. The only negative is that there are steps from the outside down to the counter, and carting a big bag down to check it in, and back up after check out, was a pain. It would have been a nice touch if, at least once the bag was checked out, the staff offered to take the large bag up the steps for us. But that was my only negative.”

“This is a great concept and it worked out well. My only suggestion is to be a little more formal about accounting for the bags. My daughter dropped off her bags and got a scrap of paper with her last name and the number of bags scribbled on it - there was no indication that it was from MindMyBag or from the establishment keeping them. They did not check her ID, so that means they are relying on individuals remembering who left the bags to keep them secure.”
