“Great service to have. Convenient drop-off and pick-up locations especially when you are in the city. I prefer the human service who kindly stored my luggage and gave it back to me at the end of the day to those lockers near the trains/bus terminals as you can never know if it fits your luggage size and it is so inconveniently located.”

“Great to be able to leave our bags and wander the streets of Melbourne for a few hours unencumbered by luggage. The facility we used was a bit casual in their approach to receiving them, but the bags were quickly retrieved when we returned.”
