“This was the first time I had used mindmybag.com and came across it on the bus trip into Sydney for an evening flight out with several hours to spare. The service is fantastic, easy to navigate the website, the location that was closest to Central Station in the day was easy to walk to. The hotel team were fantastic and was even able to use their shuttle to the airport for a very small cost. No fuss and made the worry of lugging my bags every disappear. Will definitely be using them again if needed.”

“I was very impressed with the service from start to finish! Used for 2 nights in Auckland and then for a few hours on our return as we had some extra time and didn’t want to drag our luggage round. Booked it in there and then in the shop. Could not be easier. Would definitely recommend and would use this service again!”

“Easily book and pay online. Turn up on the day for quick, easy check-in with the pleasant staff. Then again a quick and easy process to collect bag when needed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and provided excellent sevice, highly recommend!”
