“My order was perfect! Customer service from Melissa was amazing! Order was posted out in the correct time but the post office never sent my item, Melissa sorted this out straight away for me and reposted free of charge and it was with me within 2 days. Defiantly be ordering from mkq again xx”

“I’m so made up, I ordered my little girl a teddy for Christmas but It was on the Christmas cut off day, so it said it wouldn’t come till January. The teddy arrived yesterday, me and my little girl were made up that it came before Christmas and she loves giving it cuddles! So thank you amazing service and amazing communication.”
