“I bought a size 6 and I used it today for work. It was a bit loose and my office is situated at top floor, every time I walked the stairs to get to my office I felt uncomfortable. I fell down the stairs today.
I went to the hospital and I have go for surgery but I want to get a second opinion. Please check the sole of your boots it is not safe for a factory environment I don't want this to happen to any of your other customers.”
“I RECENTLY PURCHASED TWO PAIRS OF BOOTS FROM SUPERBALIST: THE SHANIA 1 KNEE-LENGTH BOOT IN BLACK AND THE SHANIA 2 BLOCK-HEEL ANKLE BOOT IN TAN.
WHILE THE DESIGN OF THESE BOOTS IS STUNNING, THE QUALITY IS QUITE DISAPPOINTING. THE HEELS ON BOTH PAIRS ARE VERY LOOSE, AND THERE ARE SCRATCH MARKS ON BOTH. SHOCKINGLY, THE ENTIRE HEEL BROKE OFF WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR OF WEARING THE TAN BOOTS.
THIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE COST OF THESE BOOTS. I COULD HAVE PAID R500 MORE AND RECEIVED BETTER QUALITY BOOTS FROM OLD KHAKI OR WOOLWORTHS, WHICH I ASSUMED WOULD BE COMPARABLE TO WHAT I EXPECTED FROM SUPERBALIST BASED ON THE PRICE.”
“I made an order for your miss black killer studded high court heels from ShoeBox and I must say
I’m so disappointed with the condition I got my packages in yesterday. and I was just not excited anymore about my order.
The box is old and it was torn and the plastic had a hole and was not presentable at all...If this is how you guys send your packages to your customers I'm really disappointed and not considering ordering again or even referring you to other customers.
I have ordered from your brand before and got a presentable package but the one with you plastic bag, thank you card and wrapped beautifully but the one I got yesterday was disappointing.”
“Bought a pair of Miss black high knee pair of black boots. The foot size is perfect but the size around the carf area is so narrow that my nine year old child leg fits in. I will return my purchase and I truly hope my money will be refunded. I paid almost a R1000.00 and this was truly an upsetting moment.”
