"I RECENTLY PURCHASED TWO PAIRS OF BOOTS FROM SUPERBALIST: THE SHANIA 1 KNEE-LENGTH BOOT IN BLACK AND THE SHANIA 2 BLOCK-HEEL ANKLE BOOT IN TAN.\r\n\r\nWHILE THE DESIGN OF THESE BOOTS IS STUNNING, THE QUALITY IS QUITE DISAPPOINTING. THE HEELS ON BOTH PAIRS ARE VERY LOOSE, AND THERE ARE SCRATCH MARKS ON BOTH. SHOCKINGLY, THE ENTIRE HEEL BROKE OFF WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR OF WEARING THE TAN BOOTS.\r\n\r\nTHIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE COST OF THESE BOOTS. I COULD HAVE PAID R500 MORE AND RECEIVED BETTER QUALITY BOOTS FROM OLD KHAKI OR WOOLWORTHS, WHICH I ASSUMED WOULD BE COMPARABLE TO WHAT I EXPECTED FROM SUPERBALIST BASED ON THE PRICE."
