If I could give them negative 5 stars I would!!, I ordered 4 cds from them November 9th and never got them...I called the number listed..emailed them..even went threw PayPal and no response 5 weeks later!!..never ever waste your time with this site!!

Ordered 5 days ago and didn't get any shipping info. So I emailed them yesterday and they gave me some excuse about the owner being in and out of the hospital yet they took my money. If the owner is in and out of the hospital and you can't process orders then stop taking peoples money. Filed a dispute with PayPal and now I have to wait 20 days

I ordered three months ago. I still have not received anything. I have sent several emails and they always tell me that my order will be sent by the end of the week or the beginning of next week. It's always the same message but I don't get anything.

Made two seperate orders back in the the start of July both have still not shown up and have contacted to try get my money back and don’t get replies or told someone will ring me. Scandalous store don’t recommend and don’t trust. 8 messages and two of those are replies of there’s the rest are me trying to get this refunded.

Don’t buy from these guys scammers! I brought cds months ago and still have no received them! Emailed multiple times with no reply. Absolute time wasters and scammers!

I ordered a CD off of these guys and it was surprisingly good quality. I've read alot of other reviews of this website and they seem to be a scam if you're buying anything other than CDs. My CD got to me in 10 buisness days so I guess it was on time. I would say just proceed with caution on this site. I had a good experience but alot of others have been completely ripped off.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with the company. After a couple months I finally got my refund after going through PayPal. The website photos show their shirts with a logo on the inside collar (Shirt Tag) which would have been fine. But when I FINALLY received my shirts in the mail (In a taped up plastic bag) they have their mixunit logo printed all over the front of the shirts. Completely ruining the design. The website completely misrepresents what they do. After contacting them they said they would resend the shirts without the logo but they never did and just gave me the run-around for another month or so. It is very unfortunate because otherwise the quality of the t-shirt and print is good. You just have no idea what you're going to get when you order from them. Complete and total bait-and-switch and I could not recommend them to anyone. Super unfortunate because my first order was over $100 and I even gave them an opportunity to fix the problem and had they done that I would have easily spent another $300, as I collect music shirts and I have already spent about $1,500 in the last 3 months on band/music shirts. I'm so disappointed because their website shows a very impressive collection you just cannot trust it.

Waiting for a refund. These are bootlegs of bootlegs that have been bootlegged. Apparently they used to be official and was started with Clinton Sparks but not legit anymore. I paid for a mixtape and recieved lower quality than what's even on Datpiff. Screw these guys.

I order some music cds and it took 3 weeks to a month to get them and when I received them one of the cds had low volume so I sent it back two weeks past so I e-mail them they did ansewer back saying they will let me know when they receive it back they will take care of it but I still have not heared from them and another three weeks has past no more dealing with them.

Ordered a T-shirt, took about 2 -2 1/2 weeks to be delivered. No biggie! The T-shirt is great quality, & not cheaply made. We are definitely happy with our order.

Business Information The Music Unit, LLC 241 Ledyard St Ste B16 Hartford, CT 06114 Complaint Summary Complaint Type: Consumer to Business Complaint Nature of complaint: Sales Issues Problem description: On April 4th, I ordered a number of T--shirts from MixUnit.com, a webite that sells various music-related product. They also do business as MixTape.com and are listed through the BBB.Org site as The Music Unit, LLC. The purchase was made for $214.95. I had double ordered one shirt and followed up immediately with a request through the Customer Service portal on their website to please simply credit that back. From then on, I heard nothing. I kept trying: Through the portal and direct email. No response. On the 7th, they charged my credit card. On the 11th, I DID receive a response that stated they had credited my account - for the double ordered shirt. That's it. No tracking detail, nothing about the other shirts. Interestingly, as soon as I received that email, I then was hit with almost a dozen fraudulent attempts on the same card, all of which came from the Oakland/San Francisco area. If you look at the BBB profile, the lack of contact and product is something others have experienced , as well. The owner is Mr. Michael Rios. I have found multiple telephone numbers for him. None are answered, while one, which is in their billing descriptor, does noit identify the company and is not serviceable due to "trhe mailbox being full." I am going to refer this to the CT Attorney General as a possible conduit to fraudulent activity (ie. passing the card info to others). I have sent an email to the company letting them know that I am going to dispute the charge through my CC company and that I will have reached out to CT BBB and the AG's office. This stuff needs to stop. It is criminal behavior, not simply bad business practices.
