“I ordered a TMPro2 from MK3. It shipped to my door kn California in 7 days. I was very happy. This is where it all goes down hill. I was supposed to receive 3 cables with the device I only received 2. When I plugged in the device to the computer, the device would not power on. When I looked at the circuit board I noticed the soldering was done extremely sloppy. Several of the connections were not even soldered through the board. I have made several attempts to call with no answer and I have emailed Mk3 but I have not received any response. It’s been well over a week. Not only was I unable to complete the 10 jobs I had scheduled. Multiple customers were on specific timelines and because the TMPro2 was unable to function and nobody has taken the time to respond to me so I can get a replacement shipped out, they missed their deadlines. I hope they read this and contact me to fix this situation. I am out several hundred dollars. I lost customers and for someone who is in the service industry, customer service and my reputation are the most important things to me. Please reach out and fix this so I can remove this review. I never leave bad reviews like this.”

mailed mk3 for a solution and no response.
after 3 days contact them again and still no response.
so another company that is only reachable for selling and not for the customer when u need them when things are not oke with them products.”

“Very bad support, very slow to answer and reply, very bad activation time of purchased license... At the end of the day just prices are good (sometimes) all the rest is very bad.”
“Despite being the correct part number the casting isn’t very accurate all of the tabs/ protrusions are slightly smaller or have a radius to the corners which isn’t the same as the original part. It fits into the barrel just fine it even starts the engine it just doesn’t disengage the steering wheel lock so isn’t therefore any use to me I’ll be trying to find a better reproduction or an original part very disappointed”
