“everything went through fine driver turnned up but his winch wasnt working so said would be back at weekend..never showed turned up on the tuesday used winch to get car on truck..then moaned saying never to use company again to scrap a car as road is dangerous..road was abit busyer than usual cause off road works else where...third time using this first time not happy...”

“Truck driver ripped a fuel line on the car putting it on the truck and I lost £107 off the price of my car for it? The vehicle was sound until he dragged it up the truck the only thing that was wrong with it was the electrical fault and he ripped open a fuel line and I had to pay”

“Quoted I think £280, collected the vehicle from the garage as I didn't want to continue with repairs, mentioned nothing of the state of the vehicle until 2/3 days later when I rang them asking why I hadn't received the payment. Was told that the car wasn't complete and as such they would only give me £100! Could've advised me of this while they were loading the car! When I asked them to return the car they said they weren't able and Id have to pay someone to recover it from their yard. On the end I took the £100 because I didn't have the time to resolve.”
