Not heard anything from MLBsince taking the car. We were told that the dvla would notify us re the scrapping of the car but have had no response.

I found myself constantly chasing up to find out when they could collect my car, I left voicemails and no one got back to me. I received emails to say the collection would be cancelled if I did not get in touch. Finally some one answers the phone and booked the collection which was great and my partner was home for it. The car was collected but was told they didn’t need any paperwork. I had to call the next day as 24 hours had passed and no money in the bank. I was told they had tried to contact me again but no messages or calls. I was then told they couldn’t offer the original price due to the cataract converter being missing. I had no idea what this part was so I called my garage where my car had been the week before who confirmed it was there. I had no way of proving this so there forever had to settle with the £80 lower price.

Initially I wasn't too impressed as my car was supposed to be picked up between 11 and 1 so I stayed in all day but no one came. I ended up ringing them but got no explanation just told that they would find out and ring me back but they didn't. Eventually around a week or so later someone rang and arranged another pick up time. The car was then picked up and the money was in my bank the same evening.
