“I am shocked at the quality of this bed. My husband was even surprised. Product came in a very large and very heavy box. It was packed nice and tight and not one piece was damaged. We took everything out and took the pieces upstairs little at a time. It took my husband and I about 45 minutes to put it together. The instructions and assembly were fairly easy. It does have a slight chemical smell, but not overwhelming at all. Unless you have a very sensitive nose, I guess. The fabric looks and feels higher quality.”

“Installation was simple and it is heavy. It doesn't tip over or anything even when you don't screw it down. It was in my living room, to my son's room, to the patio, to the backyard. Even with all of that moving around within the last few years, it's fine. None of the screws that holds it together came loose. I had no rusting issues. But I do throw a cover over it now.”

“The boxes came on time. You have to wait for all 3 to arrive. Packing was intact. Wiped the boxes since they had dust on them that made me sneeze. Directions are simple and easy to follow, and the box of screws and nuts had more than enough to put the attachments on. I did put the sides on first as directed but ended up taking them off to get the backs down completely. You should hear a click. Couch is firm and if you are tall probably too short, but for me it's perfectly. Slight smell, so I am airing it out for a few days. I assembled by myself.”
