No customer support, they give the same copy paste answers over and over again, never answering the questions. Been 4 weeks and my package is still sitting at the same stage of 'delivery being processed' by their freight company, no updates yet they continue to tell me the package is in my country. So they're also liars. Don't bother, buy local, this company is nothing but a headache, worst I have ever been in contact with. Save yourselves!

It's now 5 weeks I am waiting for my order and before it was saying on their website 3-5days and now changed it saying available for pre-order. Customer service not bother to reply me even keeping my full money for Macbook air M2 case. Avoid this seller if you can.

Still waiting for product after more than a month and every time what they did updated on my online delivery would be expected in one week and now it's 6 weeks and no one bother from customer services. Please don't buy from this seller.

Although the item I ordered was eventually delivered as described, this company deliberately lies to get your order. Their website looks like it's in Australia with a Sydney address and telephone number, but this is BS! After being unable to contact the company via telephone, I specifically emailed them asking if the item I wanted was "in stock IN AUSTRALIA" as I had placed an order for the same item on Amazon and wanted to make sure I received it by a specific date. They replied "yes". So I cancelled the order with Amazon (which was cheaper and included postage, where MobileZap/MobileFun charged me $52 for postage and gave no option to change the postage), and placed the order with MobileZap/MobileFun. Then as I watched the tracking, the item was dispatched from the UK, then went to the USA (did a couple of laps of different states, LA to Cincinnati, and back to LA), then arrived in Brisbane (where I live), went down to Sydney, then finally back to Brisbane. When I wrote them again explaining that I could have left my order with Amazon and saved over $60 after they deliberately lied to me, they totally disregarded this part of my email and spoke about their shipping policy (nothing to do with it...) and because my order had arrived (aahhh, no it hadn't) there was nothing they could do. I won't be dealing with this deceitful company again!

This site is a scam. I ordered a case, screen protector and camera protector from them. First they make it seem like they're a Canadian site but they're shipping from UK. Expect to have to pay large shipping fees if you have any problem with your order. Secondly, the case was plastic junk. Really bad quality. Neither the screen protector or the camera protector actually fit the phone at all. There's no way anyone tested these products even once or they would have flagged them as defective. Finally, I submitted a support ticket asking if there was anything I could do other than pay nearly the full price of my order just to ship the garbage they sent me back. They ignored it completely and never responded to me. Don't waste your money here. They have obviously paid for fake reviews to make their site seem legit.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought and installed a screen protector advertised as suitable for Pixel 6 Pro, only to find out that it made the ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint sensor on the phone stop working! They advertise this protector as suitable for Pixel 6 Pro but obviously this is not the case. The vendor’s refund policy does not allow screen protector to be returned and refunded. So I am now left £20 out of pocket. When I left a comment on their website to complain and to warn other potential customers, my comment simply got deleted by the company 5 minutes later. No effort was made by the company to contact me to resolve the problem. This is totally dishonest and is technically a SCAM! I will be reporting this company to the Consumer Ombudsman.

Ordered Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro film screen protectors. Worst Product Ever. I have put film protectors on over a dozen phones, this product is the worst. I tried to apply this film to both phones, twice. Never able to get the top plastic to separate from the actual film. Watched the YouTube instructions multiple times, but the film does not stick to the phone enough to allow the top protective application layer to separate from the actual film that is supposed to stick to the phone. DO NOT BUY unless you want to throw money away.

mobilefun.co.nz is NOT a NZ website .. if you order from there you're supposedly ordering from the U.K .. items can take weeks to be delivered - worse than if you're ordering something from China ... Lack of communication.. No contact number, email enquiries only. No tracking details provided and no updates at all. Poor service.

Straight up stole my money. I ordered a case a month ago, and never got anything. I emailed them, but never got anything back. So i used Facebook messenger to contact them. They're gonna tell me that my order never went through, and that they didn't charge me. Even tho they did.

Bad experience is putting Lightly offered refund, then refund denied.complained to PayPal they say I should be refunded.Under No Circumstances deal with these people, have to contact my credit card to try and get refund.Just get same automatic virtual person ,reply.Worst experience online .

Ordered a case for my iPhone a month ago and still have not got it yet. Have sent emails to the company and tried to get in contact and still nothing. Paid 50€ for the case and this is not an acceptable amount of time to have to wait on a phone case and very poor customer service 😡😡😡

After placing an order for an item from this merchant, I received an order confirmation with the correct item. I then received a shipping confirmation but it was for the wrong item. I contacted them to point out their error showing the discrepancy between item ordered and item shipped. They said it was too late to change the order and it would be up to me to take steps to return the order and start over again. This is unacceptable as it was their error, not mine and they should take steps to ship out the item they confirmed that I originally ordered.

I purchased a phone cover yesterday 6th May. I paid for next day delivery, expecting it today, but would have excepted tomorrow in the current situation. Just got an email from DPD to say it will be delivered Monday 11th. Everyone knows we are in a crisis, but why rip customers off by charging for something you can’t deliver. Very sad you feel you need to do this.

Ordered a Samsung LED Wallet cover for my S20 on 1st April. When the item did not turn up, I contacted them after the required ten days requesting a refund. Instead they sent a replacement which arrived the following day. This after a rather confusing exchange where they said it had been shipped on 12th April. I returned the item and only today have received a refund. However, despite my requesting a refund not a replacement, thus the item was sent to me in error, they have seen fit to penalise me in the sum of £7.44. I have again written requesting immediate return of the deficit but frankly, given their previous inability to read a simple request, and the time it has taken them to respond, I'm not holding my breath. Strangely enough they were very quick to send repeated requests for reviews (on an item that is never actually received) and feedback. I have of course obliged. Personally I would never buy from these people again. I eventually bought the cover elsewhere, for £13 less, and it arrived the next day. Needless to say I will be taking my business to the other company in future. Disgusted.

Case they recommended wasn't compatible and charged me postage both ways Searched for a case using their search engine to fit my phone,ordered the one MobileFun said was compatible. It wasn't. No apologies, they said I was in wrong I shouldn't have believed their site and should have doubled checked elsewhere. They deducated postage both ways from my refund. What a bunch of rude incompetents. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a case 21 days ago, still hasn't arrived. I'm in New Zealand and their website has a .co.nz domain which I assumed would be local distributor but I've now been informed it is dropped shipped from the UK. Three weeks later and it's still not here, if I could give a negative rating - I would.

No matter how I try to contact this company they are not doing anything or calling me as promised. They are not even picking up their customer service phone! Therefore I cannot recommend buying from them.

The customer service is just ridiculous. I have place my order at 05.02.19 today is 13.02.19 I can see they even didn't start proceeding my order. I called them and send emails, and there's no response. Hopefully I gonna get my money back

very bad company i worked for them for a while and was used for cheap labour as an apprentice in a warehouse i would not work for this company and would never recommend it oh and btw f u Ali :)
