“Patience is important! It took almost 2 weeks to unlock my daughter’s iPhone 6S from O2 which is unusual according to the updates received. BUT at every stage you are updated and can check the tracker to find out how long it will take.
It’s also important to read the small print. There are two stages to the process and two payments. The first stage is to ensure you’ve entered the right information for the phone, the second is the unlock stage.
Overall the process is really easy, you’re kept up to date as things progress, you can check unlock status anytime you want to, and the estimated time left to unlock is shown on the status.

If your phone doesn’t ask for the unlocking code when a non-Vodafone sim card is inserted, you will need to complete the process with a Remote USB Unlock, which is an additional fee.

“Quick service my phone was unlocked within an hour or so, have to make a payment first to check of phone is eligible to be unlocked and then a secound to actually unlock the phone.
Customer service where prompt with their reply when I had some confusion about the second payment and estimated wait time being 2 days even though it was so much shorter (1 hour).
Maybe not the cheapest option but a very quick way to get it sorted from home, very happy with the results.”
“I was skeptical about using an online service but I thought I'd give mobileunlocks a try. Upon first check they made me aware the phone was locked to a different network and changed it free of charge to the correct service. Once the eligibility checks were passed and I payed for the unlock code I was unsure as the loading sign kept refreshing but when I woke up and checked my email the code was sat waiting for me. I entered the code after restarting my phone and it unlocked it to my sim provider with no stress or problems. Quick and easy.
